Villa Matic is a family restaurant and motel which is open during entire year continuously since its opening on January 1, 2000. We are situated in Neum on high way road to Dubrovnik, and considering distance from the center of the city, we are the first choice to the guests who are looking for a pleasant ambient and professional service while trying to escape from summer crowds.

 

Restaurant’s concept testifies about commitment in searching for gastronomic taste of almost forgotten times, and in this manner we represent the menu which connects the best regional cuisines of the Adriatic coast, from Istria and Kvarners in the North to cuisine specialties of Dubrovnik coast. So, here you can try truffles with Krk pasta, fish on potatoes and garlic or orižot (risotto made of barely) with squids and the gallery of photographs which we update on regular basis testify about satisfaction of our guests.

 

We adapted our business hours in order to surprise our guests with dishes which we do not offer on daily basis, but which depend on temporary or seasonal purchase, so it is not rare that you can try smoked tuna or omelet with dried octopus.

 

In accordance with the menu, the wine offer contains the most successful cellar wines from Herzegovina, Istria, Slavonia and south Dalmatia.
